The Palms Penthouse is your own private residence overlooking the pool at The Palms Resort. Exquisitely furnished with high ceilings, modern fixtures, and finishes, three flat screen TVs and air-conditioning throughout, this spacious 1,500 sq. ft apartment is truly an option for the well-heeled traveler.
The exquisite master bedroom features a four-poster king bed with ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and bedroom three has two single beds. It is pure indulgence and luxury. The elegant ensuite bathrooms have marble countertops and shower enclosures. Throughout the living space, you will find mahogany floors, trim and cabinetry.
There is a fabulous open plan kitchen with modern “top of the range” appliances. From the kitchen, you can overlook the beautifully furnished living and dining areas. Enjoy a drink before dinner or watch the sunset from the spacious balcony, overlooking the pool and garden; relax and enjoy the tropical night sounds.
I used the Penthouse for work primarily and it worked well with the WIFI. The team were very helpful and made me feel comfortable.

Welcome Starter Pack: If you arrive after-hours, we offer a Welcome Starter Pack for USD $50.00 which includes the following items: tea, coffee, milk, juice, bread, jam or 6 eggs (please choose one), butter, sugar, two bottled waters, and two beers (Banks). If interested, please email res@thepalmsresort.net 24-48 hours prior to your arrival to order.
If guests arrive early and the reserved apartment is not ready, our front office team will be happy to assist in luggage storage. Guests are more than welcome to utilize the property's facilities, including our pool and lounge, which consist of a full bathroom facility, kitchenette, and living/dining area, while they await check-in.
Booking: A 50% deposit is required when booking directly with balance due 30 days prior to check-in. Please read our cancellation policy.
Security Deposit: US$300.00 is required on arrival charged to a credit card (Visa or Mastercard), refundable upon check out.
Bajan VAT Tax: A Value Added Tax (Vat) of 10% is included in the rate.
Room Levy fee of $4.38USD per night per room is payable upon arrival.
Children 11 years and under stay free.
Cots are available for US$5/day.
Beach towels: US$5 one time charge, dirty towels must be swapped for clean towels.
Maid Service: is available (conditions apply during public holidays)
Please note unless you have selected a non-refundable rate, the deposit paid is fully refundable up to 30 days prior to your arrival. The full amount of stays are non-refundable within 30 days of your arrival date. Should you need to cancel your reservation or change your arrival date, please make sure to let us know as soon as possible to avoid losing your deposit. Refunds will not be provided for unused nights as a result of late arrival or early departure.
INSURANCE:
Guests are recommended to have and are responsible for insurance covering: cancellations, curtailment, and loss of baggage, personal effects and valuables. Please secure valuables in the in-room safe. The Hotel will not be liable for lost items.
Take a short walk to Holetown where there are a wide array of restaurants and eateries to suit all tastes and budgets. You will also find a supermarket, duty free shopping, the famous Limegrove Lifestyle Centre with a cinema and the chattel village shops – perfect for souvenirs and gifts.
